1. Remember all services
included moving service, is not taxable even when you
pay your move by credit card. 2. Your moving estimates has
to be written, if you booked amove over the phone
request a email with all the move info that was
discussed over the phone, do not trust any movers who
will schedule and book your move without written
proofs. 3. An hourly rate quote move
should include all wrapping material (blankets, bubble
wrap, tape...) regarding delicate furniture such as
mirrors,glass tables, dressers... at no extra charge.
Unless upon customer's request to do separate and
individual packing (linen, dishes...) in advance prior
the day of the move. 4. Visit our section about
your rights, read it very carefully, then your move is
100% right, prepare your move ahead, if you have small
items very fragile move it in your car yourself or very
valuable items that can be move in your car or your
family van, move it yourself. 5. Always if you choose an
hourly rate, the law requires that movers have to let
know the customer a total probable cost, it should be
written in your order of service. 6. If you choose a binding
price make sure to include in your inventory list, what
will happen if elevator is out of order or street are
being closed or any other inconvenience.
